Dennis Baltzley is Korn Ferry’s global head of leadership development solutions. He oversees the strategy, IP portfolio, and 700+ leadership development experts while also serving as a trusted coach and advisor to clients – leading design and delivery of cutting-edge Leadership strategies and portfolios with multi-national firms. Widely known and respected as an expert in the field of executive development, for more than 20 years Dennis has carried out extensive development work across sectors.
Prior to KF, Dennis was formerly:
- SVP Executive Education at the Thunderbird School of Global Management over all non-MBA work and global ops (Russia, Switzerland, China).
- Executive Director at Duke Corporate Education on the executive team
- Global Head of Leadership Development for Royal Dutch Shell, in The Hague, Netherlands.
- General Manager EMEA region for Personnel Decisions International– leading PDI’s ten European offices, living in Geneva, Switzerland.

Mr. Baltzley holds a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from Tulane University.
Dennis holds a PhD in I/O psychology from Tulane University.
He has two grown daughters, lives in Arizona with his beautiful French wife and two dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys riding and fixing old Harleys and downhill skiing – but describes his style as disturbingly unbalanced.
